Maamoun Fatwa On Transplants of Body Parts

Sheikh Hassan Maamoun, the Big Egypt Mufti, in a Fatwa already had authorized the transplants of
removed corneas on unknown or removed corpses with patients that had authorized this sampling before their death (45).
His successor, Sheikh Hureidi étendit the Fatwa authorizing transplants and the fit to accept in regards to different organs
(46).
